January 2026 Riverview Bluffs Executive Board Meeting

January 17, 2026

Terry called the meeting to order at 12:10 pm, reminding the board that the

Pledge Of Allegiance had been completed earlier at the general membership

meeting.

With all five members of the new elected 2026 board present, Terry stated the

first order of business was to vote and select each board member’s position.

President: Steve nominated Terry for President, with Chris M seconding.

Approved unanimously.

Vice President: Jennifer nominated Steve for Vice President, with Chris M.

seconding. Approved unanimously.

Secretary: Steve nominated Chris H. for Secretary, with Jennifer seconding.

Approved unanimously.

Treasurer: Steve nominated Jennifer as Treasurer, with Chris H. Seconding.

Approved unanimously.

With all other positions filled, Chris M. will hold the position of HOA Delegate.

Terry then asked the board members if there were any issues that we felt

needed to be dealt at this time.

Chris M said that staff was aware of comments from the general membership

meeting so already had direction on issues from an office/maintenance point of

view.

Chris H said other issues need further research so were not ready for immediate

action by the board.

Chris M asked if any research had been done on the use of Bird X to address

our pigeon problem. He said it had been useful to address other bird problems.

Jennifer said she would add that to the list of deterrents she is exploring.

Terry described RVB social events planned and asked the board if there were

additional events anyone would like to add to the roster. There were no

suggested additions.

Chris M said he will help Faith with event planning and preparation.

Terry scheduled the next quarterly board meeting for 03/14/26 at 10:00 am.



After welcoming our newest board member Chris M and with no other business,

Terry adjourned the meeting 12:30 pm.
