As certified by the Secretary of State of Arizona, this document establishes the corporation as "Riverview Bluffs Condominiums Association, Inc." and stipulates the corporation as a non-profit organization. Among other things, it designates the principal location, purpose, character of business, powers, membership and voting rights of the organization. It also designates the Board of Directors as conducting the affairs of the organization..
The Bylaws establish the administrative procedures for conducting the Association's meetings and the rules for electing the directors, who in turn select the officers. They also designate the terms and duties of the directors/officers. The Association has four directors, but it can have three to five. Only the Association's owners can approve changes to this document.
